Most of SYP Investigation Centre stays free for everyone, with no account needed. A small number of tools are now reserved for approved members.
What stays free
Every tool without a Members only label, including face comparison, EXIF and image forensics, video and CCTV tools, the Chat Export Parser, the Hash Calculator, the Scam Checker and the link, domain, phone and wallet lookups.
What is members-only
- Case Workspace: save results from any tool into a case, add notes and events, and print one combined case report.
- Large File Workspace: upload multi-gigabyte CCTV videos and chat exports to a private, temporary server folder and analyse them from there.
These tools store data on our server, so access is limited to verified professionals. The administrator may change which tools are members-only over time. The label on each tool card is always up to date.
Who can become a member
Member accounts are intended for enforcement officers, investigators and legal, compliance and fraud professionals. Every request is reviewed manually.
Member access may be free or chargeable, depending on your organisation and usage. We will confirm any fees with you before your account is activated.
How to request access
- Open Request access and use your official agency or company e-mail.
- Explain briefly why you need access.
- If approved, you receive your sign-in details by e-mail. Set up two-factor authentication after your first sign-in.
